  1. Scheduling A New Patient Evaluation: All new patients are required to schedule a new patient evaluation. Please select a convenient date and time from the options provided. If you require an appointment outside of the available dates or times, please contact us.
  2. Contact Details: Kindly share your contact information with us.
  3. Documentations and Forms: We will send you necessary documents to complete and sign. Documents must be completed and signed prior to your first appointment.

To make an appointment, please use our online booking system. 


We currently  accept Cigna, United Healthcare, Aetna,  Oscar Health, and Oxford. 

We also offer self pay services. 


You have the flexibility to reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. In the event that you need to reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, kindly reach out to us. Please note that a cancellation fee of $50 may apply under these circumstances.

What is TeleMental Health?

Tele-mental health is the use of videoconferencing technology to provide mental health services. Tele-mental health increases access to care for rural communities, underserved and vulnerable patient populations, and for individuals unable to come in-person, ensuring that everyone has access to safe, effective, and appropriate care when they need it.  

Is TeleMental Health Effective?

Yes! Telemental health has been shown to be very effective for many people, including, but not limited to those with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, and anxiety.  Telemental health increases access to mental health services, ensures privacy which improves compliance providing better outcomes for the mental health community. 

Is TeleMental Health Safe?

Yes! Privacy is an important part of feeling safe to share personal information with your health care provider. Even though tele-mental health appointments take place online, they are as private as in-person visits. 

Telehealth calls uses regular internet service or data plan. But, health care providers often use secure patient portals to message, call, and video chat. These connections are more secure than regular internet.

Telehealth video appointments are not recorded. Your information is as private and safe as it would be if you were receiving in-person care.
